Comfort Hands Home Care was founded out of a strong passion for nursing by Gussie Bowman, a Registered Nurse who has been in the nursing field for 30+ years. Throughout her career, Gussie has cared for patients in different facilities, including hospitals and correction facilities, and has specialized in various nursing fields, including geriatric nursing, behavioral health, emergency care, and home care.

 

That being the case, Gussie has always been in a good position to understand that many people, especially seniors, are not able to receive the care they need to recover well once they leave hospitals and return home. This is the exact kind of care she dreamed of providing one day.

 

That dream came true through Comfort Hands Home Care, and today, she is happy and contented with helping convalescents of all types, seniors, persons with disabilities, and others with their non-medical needs.
